"Leap Year Blues Night" with Jook Jam at Backdoor Blues Cafe, Feb 29, 2008

This is a special gig cuz it only happens once-every-4 years!  It's a blues buffet of Olympic proportions!  I hear wild and funny things happen on leap day...

Featuring Jook Jam and friends dishing out classic blues & roots, plus jamming and sing-along to classic/folk rock favorites!!!

Jook Jam is composed of:
  • Delta Slim on guitar, banjo, Tricone resonator (bottleneck/slide)
  • Ruben on lapsteel
  • Chester on guitar
  • Ronnie "The Kid" on harp


Show starts 9pm so shed off the work week's built up stress and welcome the weekend.  Jammers (including singers) are very much welcome!

Don't test Fate... be there!


PS: Backdoor Blues Cafe is at 154 Maginhawa St, Sikatuna Village, QC, accessible via Philcoa/UP Village and V. Luna.
