circular polarizing filter (CPL) is used if you want to enhance the sky and clouds. graduated neutral density filters can also help balancing sky and foreground.

if you dont have expensive cpl filter, you can tweak it nalang using PP software, pero mas ok pag may cpl filter talaga

i find using an nd8 also helps
