yup. i'm very sure it's not yours. but how does an image of affliction become a "precious moment"?
i hope Kawal won't be offended if i answer this though i am not the person being asked. there are many ways to interpret the photo you are referring to.

for a person being absorbed in a raging floodwater, the evacuation scene is a precious moment. but for a person who is sitting safe and pretty in his mansion, this is an image of affliction.   :-)

"affliction" is suffering. someone "sitting safe and pretty in his mansion" is surely not suffering.
i'm definitely not offended with you answering that question. it's actually a good response since i did not get a sufficient answer from tronixx anyway. here is the part where i really suggest putting descriptions (or at least a title) for photo-docu-ish images.

tell me to stop and i'll put this case to rest.

by the way, is that the "Dave Hill Effect" that you were trying to apply on your photos? i may agree with the other person's opinion about the saturation & contrast.

The way i see it parang yung mental state nilang mother and child ay free of affliction, detached from their situation.

A preciuos moment away from it all.

Pwede ba yun?  :-)

O Rose, Thou art sick! The invisible worm that flies in the night, In the howling storm, Has found out thy bed of crimson joy: and his dark secret love, Does thy life destroy.

Once there was a photographer confronted by a situation, his nuances made his intention then a shot was made, instead of keeping it, he tried to show it, then world will see it in "different perspectives", NOT all will be the same, even the dumbest person has something to say! isnt fascinating the world of photography has to offer, indeed a different language? Im sure weve heard that, "A" picture paints a thousand words!  Merry Christmas to all!

medyo nagegets ko pero magulo yung pagkakasulat mo ser. use periods instead of commas for your sentences. OR mas ok siguro kung i-illustrate mo nalang yung sinabi mo through a picture.  bongga diba? :-D
gusto ko yung photo nung dalawang bintana.
question: saang beach yung photo nung dalawang girls?

happy new year din. 8-)

rakrakan, palagi kong nakikita yang model na yan sa mga shoots. madugo siguro portfolio nya sa sobrang daming photos.  :-D

demoboi, naka-CPL ka ba jan? ganda ng ulap mo ah.
