Deifago, black metal band from Tondo, Manila. Influenced by "cult" black metal from Norway ie. Mayhem, Darkthrone, and believe it or not they dress in full spike-leather outfits complete with corpse paint.
Anyway, I don't really pay attention to the Pinoy underground metal scene because its generic and pretentious. Most death metal bands you see are just carbon copies of popular grindcore bands like Cannibal Corpse and Agoraphobic Nosebleed. They copy everything right from the gore lyrics right down to the riffs itself. They're no different from the "kupaw" acts they loathe.
I like Rumblebelly, though.
