meron pala nito. kabaliktaran naman tayo ng mga weight losers sa kabilang thread.

Sino dito nag-gain ng weight without those food supplements etc. Through exercise and diet lang with "normal" food. Grabe hindi ko yata kayang daanin lang sa extra rice. Nakakasama din ba ang pagpupuyat?

talaga lang ba na hindi tayo "tabain"?

nagbackread ako ng konti. STRESS... nakakasama din talaga pala sa physical na anyo ng tao... tsktsk

Try mga weight gainer shakes. Its complete. Carbs + protein + fats + essential nutrients. 2 x a day, morning and night.

then eat 4 Full course meals a day.  Appetizer - Meal - Dessert.

yup effective mga weight gainers, i tried one before Mutant Mass,
I gained almost 10lbs when I took it for approximately a month and a half, , kasama na dun pagkain ng marami and weight lift..
i was skinny back then, mga around 2012 when I tried it..
medyo pricey lang kaya I shifted from taking weight gainers to whey nalang...
konti lang kasi content ng whey at protein sa weight gainers mostly mataas ang calories almost 1 thousand calories for 3 scoops..
mas matipid pag whey protein samahan ng pagkain ng peanut butter, high in calories, carbs, protein, etc
ngayon nga kahit whey hindi na rin ako nakakabili peanut butter nalang with eggs, chicken breast, high protein high carbs, high caloric foods etc..

you can calculate how many calories you need to bulk, dami sa net pang calculate..
and also check out the caloric content of the foods and supplements you take.

one major mistake of people who are struggling to gain weight who bought supplements
is that they taught they could replace regular meals with weight gainers..
baliwala weight gainers pag ganun, to gain weight calories intake should increase..

Tama, kain ng madami tapos weight gainer shakes.

Pag iinom, beer, wag hard. wag na din magyosi.

Just keep eating, think of your favorite then treat yourself.

One more thing, go to the doctor to check for anomalies, TB and other diseases eats you up and will keep you skin and bones, kahit anong klaseng shake pa inumin mo.

Next, vitamins. enervon, centrum, flintstones, whatever, just take the vitamin everyday. it'll help.

Been reading this. Two questions:

1)Any suggestions/food examples regarding this? "keep your carbs unprocessed, starchy, and whole"? and..

2)"in addition to a carb drink during the workout, you should have a protein shake immediately after your workout." - again, any suggestions on the drinks? (brand, where to buy, etc?)

EDIT: PS, wala bang side effects yang mga weight gainers and protein drinks?

stick to simple carbs. kung may wheat bread, wag yun, dun sa sa pinoy tasty.
try mo protein diet kung sanay ka sa lagi may kanin. nakaka satiate kasi ang carbs para sayo so pag puro meat, hindi ka mabubusog agad kaya mapapakain kang maraming protein at fats.
kung honors student ka, lipat ka sa regular class, lolobo ka pramis.
