meron program ang 24 hr. fitness dati, about 4 years ago. its called 24/5. you do your fitness stuff 24 hours a day for 5 days a week. you can cheat for two days. nung nag-join ako sa gym, i was really overweight. so I started 24/5. medyo nagsimula na kong ma-adik nun, kaya I continued doing it 24/7, no cheat days talaga. after three months, my whole image changed.
i was really toned, then tinuloy ko sya for a whole year. meron dun isa na body builder sya kuno. he's giving me tips on how to do my legs. I have really toned calves and thighs, so I don't need coaching. I was really annoyed. talagang pinapakialaman pa nya yung machine na ginagamit ko, saka pag nasa weights room kami, at andun sya. mamimilit sya ng weights na gagamitin ko.
ang maganda neto, eh lagi syang naka-pants. one time nahuli ko syang naka-shorts. sinigawan ko. letse pala sya eh, he has chicken legs, tuturuan nya pa ko.
simula nun, yung mga kilala ko sa gym, they call him chicken legs. ayun, hindi na sya nagpupunta, hahahaha.
