siguro dapat mas kinlaro ko pa yung post ko... What I mean is... ang ganda ng opportunity na 'to para sa lahat ng pinoy acts, kase at last narerecognize na rin ang talentong Pinoy... Opinion ko lang yung sinabi ko na di Slappshock ang pinakamagaling na mai-oofer ng Pinas sa mundo lalo na kung i-co-consider na iba-iba rin naman ang taste ng buong mundo sa music. Maaaring sa isang type ng audience ay Slapshock ang the best, pero I'm sure na iba ang audience type na nasa mindset ng Time magazine nung napansin nila ang Updharmadown, o kaya ng mga Southeast Asians nung napanood nila ang Kjwan... Wrapping up, Filipino bands have something to offer for every type of musical audience, and I'm freakin' glad that Slapshock's break to the international scene is a great opportunity to Filipinos in general... Makes me more motivated to continue being a fan...

competition may be really off the side and all..

SLAPSHOCK is a representative for the Philippines!!!

will save us all trouble of sovling your problems with the band..

I guess maraming "bata" dito ang ngayon lang naka BREASTFEED ng RAP metal genre..
Sayang hindi nila naabutan ang DOGBONE,LOUDWATER,ERECTUS,PIMSOAB, & other LA 105.9 rap metal/groove bands.
Ito sana ang magiging barometer ng mga "bata" kung sino ba ang "ebak" at sino ang talented sa ganitong genre.
Swerte ang Slapshock hindi nila ito nakasabayan...tiyak kakainin sila ng buo ng DOGBONE.

^ erectus is one the influnces of these guys, they respect and look up to them, same with their other idols. hindi nila kelangan "mgpakain ng buhay" sa kahit sino mang "nabanggit" na astig na mga banda 8-) dahil hindi kelangan ng kompetensya, pare-pareho nmn silang pilipino \m/

okay naman ang slapshock. nung underground days naman nila d mo nga expect na mag bo boom cla una sa keso at houndz.. media wise.. (mtv) by means of marketable nuskool music.. nag iimprove yung tugtugan nila kaso radio friendly type na tska wholesome... if music is your bread and butter. you will compromise to what the recording company demands.. i dont consider them sellout.. at least andun padin yung roots ng genre nila.. d tulad ng (ehem) chico science.. tribal metal kuno turned emo.. lahat naman tayo may ibat ibang opinion at pananaw sa gusto mong tugtugan.. iba gusto maging rakstar iba gusto lang tumugtog.. iba naman gusto lang mang lait o patunayan na malupit ang tugtugan nila sa iba..
sayang lang yumg mga LA 105.9 circa na rapmetal.. kasi uso nun ang beef sa hiphop at punks/metal kaya tinggin sa rapmetal nun bollocks pero wag ka.. nung lumabas at nag concert ang RATM dito nag convert din cla at nakikinig na yung mga "kids" ng ganun genre.. dami talaga mga poser..
