help for soundproof... which is better?

hi guys, my friend n i need help coz mejo magsstart xa wid a band studio, d namin lam which is better for soundproof.

the size of the wall will be 3.5meters long and 8 feet high
ano po bang mas ok na gamitin na board? ok lng po b ang plywood, gypsum, etc. and how much each. and how thick should d board be?
about the frame, anong klaseng kahoy ang ok, dos por dos?
and about sa blanket, anong blanket ang pinaka ok, pero not too expensive. limited budget din kasi. 
di nmn kelangan totally soundproof, ma-minimize lng ung sound.
