as much as possible, try avoiding the 'bridged mode'.  look for a power amp that has a really high power rating per channel so that you can maintain a normal L & R stereo set-up.

hope this helps.

Thanks sir Jeff.

based on the amplifier specs,  it will work.  but i still doubt the grf's ability to power the c12 500 (with less distortion) since the c12 500 has a 4inch voice coil.  i think kung 1 per side lang, ok na.  try the c12 300 instead since this has only 300watts rms.

hope this helps  8-)

Bro, matagal na yung fane 18inch ko.  I bought them before (on sale) Php 10000 each at JB.  They sounded ok except when the coil gets busted, there are no parts available.  :x

Nakabili ako last week ng sub woofer speaker Crown S-PRO-152 ang napili ko (limited budget kasi hehehe..)
http://crown.com.ph/index.php/product/search/subwoofer#passivesubwoofer

Nakasulat sa box nya power rating is 500W to 1000W at 8 ohms.

Ano kaya yun affordable amp na pwede dito?
yun sanang Crown LPS-2500 kaso bitin ata sa power rating.

Ang max budget ko eh P20k lang.

Any suggestion?

Thanks in advance.

This is a good way of setting-up.  At 4 ohms bridged,  the QSC RMX1850 can fire 1800 watts.  Enough to supply the 1200 watts for the dual 18".  8-)  The best part,  you're geared up with QSC amps on your rack.
