What are loop pedals?

Anu po ba ang purpose nung loop pedal? Please educate me about this gadget... :?

Loop pedals?.. saglit lang ha.. 2 things run across my mind..

one is the Looper, yung pedal that lets you record and playback kung ano tinutugtog mo..good for practising and stuff.. example ay yung Boss RC2 at Digitech Hardwire delay/looper..

yung isa pa, Loop pedal.. parang "in-between".. very useful kung ang pedal mo ay may lag bago mag-engage or kung hindi true bypass.. isa siyang gadget that makes your signal true bypassed pag ganun ang situation..

sample scenario.. may wah ka na malakas ang tone suck kahit naka-off siya.. pag may loop pedal ka, saksak lang yung gitara or other pedal sa IN.. tapos saksak sa OUT niya yung kasinod na pedal or amp.. pero may extra inputs and outputs pa siya.. dun mo isasaksay yung wah mo.. ngayon, yung wah mo lagi mo iwan naka-on.. and use the looper para i-on at off pa yun.. gets? para pag naka off yung looper, kahit naka on yung wah, tuloy-tuloy signal mo na walang tone suck.. tapos pag gusto mo na mag wah, i-on mo sa looper.. since naka set ka na laging naka-on yung wah, once na i-on mo yung looper, go narin agad yung wah.. gets?.. hehe.. pero syempre, hindi lang wah ang ginagamitan nun.. marami din variations yang loop pedal..

it repeats a guitar phrase (mostly used for rythm parts) that you've played and let's you overdub it with a solo. parang play along with your imaginary ever repeating friend. hehe

Sound loop meron din Switch Loop kung tama term ko hehehe
basta eto na lang may loop like Line selector meron din loop na parang Tape loop like what RC2 is Doing hehehehe

Kadalasan Gumagamit nyan yung Solo Guitarist lng you can create a sound on sound some delay effects has that mode too like wht rc2 can do....... but the timing is important there is better video

Delay yan pero meron din yan like RC2 can do Rc2 has 16minutes of recording sound by sound kaya nya
