Hi guys,

Need your opinions, please. What color pickguard would go well with a CAR body and maple board strat? Am thinking of cream, parchment or aged pearloid in no particular order. What do you think will look best? Any other color suggestions? I am having a hard time deciding by looking at pics from the net so your inputs will be highly appreciated. Btw, other parts are Fender aged white plastics and I am not concerned with being vintage correct.

I am planning to upgrade my Fender American Deluxe SSS pickups.

I am looking at the SSL1?

Do you have any suggestions, would this be a great upgrades for SCN pickups which are currently installed.

Standard? Usually 20k pababa. yung deluxes can go up to 25k.

bro, what sound are you aiming for? I recently bought a 57/62 set for my 2001 American Series Strat, only because i have already tried it before. Low-Output legit vintage strat tones.

Got it for 101usd + 18usd shipping to the PH. roughly around 6k php.

Ok so the Fender American Ultra officially replaces the American Elite. New neck profile, new neck heel joint, new noiseless pickups and reduced S-1 functionality. Can’t wait to try the HSS version of this one.

As of now..kapag nay nakita akong sub $1000 na American Elite HSS, I might pull the trigger on that one. Mura USD ngayon and bagsak presyo ng mga elites. Hehe

Kung brand new...wala atang local music store na nagtitinda ng Fender Pickups. Most likely private sellers ka makakahanap via Classified Ads, FB Marketplace, Carousell etc.

Or you can try the "pabili" or "pasabuy" route. Meron bibili ng gear sa ibang bansa...pwede ka magpabili and split the shipping fees i guess. Check with Pedallion/New Gear Day.

Kung used...well thats all over Classifieds, FB and Carousell hehe
