LEYTE Benefit CD now available!

In February 2006, the Philippine province of Southern Leyte suffered massive landslides triggered by heavy rains and typhoons. The landslide swept over a whole town of 1,800 people  burying houses, schools, buildings, livestock and the townsfolk.

After some thought and a suggestion from a good friend of mine, I organized a CD project to benefit the relief efforts to that area. The CD features Filipino Artists and bands that are based here in the US and they all contributed a track for the CD. The CD, entitled "LEYTE: The Benefit CD" is now available thorugh the official website:

Part of the income generated from the sales of this CD will be donated to the relief-giving organizations in the Philippines such as the Philippine Red Cross and the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
