Good day sirs! I'm Albert Montinola. I currently work at Yupangco & Co. Inc. I handle Fender Musical Products (Electric guitars, Bass, amps, P.A. system) If you guys have any questions about Fender Products I would be happy to answer your questions. Or you could pass by at the Yupangco bldg. at 339 Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City and look for me, you can try any guitar you want there, I would be more than glad to assist you.

In addition, why are your Fender Prices on the USA models equivalent of Custom Shop models?

What is the cost structure of your pricing? What exchange rate do you use?

What about warranty on Fender USA guitars? Suppose the neck moves, will Fender USA thru Yupangco replace the guitar?

Given your expensive prices probably U.S. Suggested Retail price at Maximum Exchange rate, can you at least request Fender USA to hand pick the good sounding ones?

There is this gold finished Fender Showmaster Custom Shop that does not sound as good as the cheaper non Custom Shop Fender USA models at your Buendia branch. Worse, there seems to be a credit card sized thick gap at the neck pocket joint between the body and the neck.

In addition, since you brought in an EJ model and a Hot Rod vintage model, can you bring in at least 10 of each so we can pick out the good sounding ones and send back the bad sounding ones? Its better for us to be able to see and test from a batch.

hi sir... hope you can help me too... i have a fender stratocaster made in japan model 1994 im not sure about the year parang parehas ng kay Eric Johnson ang kulay... ito na po ang problema ko whenever i use the single coil pick up grabe ang lakas ng humming pano po kaya mababawasan or matatanggal ang humming? ayaw ko naman palitan ng pick up kasi mas maganda pa rin ung stock lang... thanks po and i highly appreciate kung matutulungan mo ako...

alam ko hindi naman totoo yun yupangco is stilll the distributor of fender musical instrument here in the philippines.
