san ba makaka download ng mp3 file compressor??? kasi nag download ako meron pang registration. gusto ko yung libre lang talaga eh... san kaya meron.. share niyo naman

usually if you have a cd writer, meron kang nero burning rom software, meron ito extra features like saving audio cd tracks to the hardisk and also mp3 encoding from .wav to mp3.... or just google it using "wav to mp3 shareware" as your search terms... standard bit rate is 128kbps stereo pero higher is better...

sir i mean.. yung mp3 ko size niya 5mb eh gusto kong paliitin pa mga 2 to 3mb lang para madami ako malagay sa mp3 player ko

change your query to search for "mp3 editor"...

or you still can use the nero encoder... extras > encode files > select mp3 > output file format > mp3 > click settings > lower bitrate 64 kbps... pero sa tutoo lang marami ng nawala na detalye...

mas maganda parin kung you start with the original wave files...

Don't encode an mp3 into another lower bitrate mp3, it will sound worse than using the original source file then encoding into a lower bitrate mp3. Most 5 meg mp3's are already at 128 kbps, if you want lower bitrates than that, be prepared for lo-fi quality. I use Razorlame for batch encoding of multiple wavs to mp3; Razorlame is opensource.

sir, bagong file format na yun hindi na .mp3, tawag dun ay .aac or advance audio compression, meron ako nung program, all video and audio converter, ImToo yung software, pati mga ringtones ay nako-customized ko with that program, even yung concert ni Eric Clapton ay nailagay ko sa N70 fon ko using that software. Yung usual mp3 (4 MB to 5 MB) ay ma-cocompress pa sa 2MB, Ipod supports such kind of file format pero, nasasacrifice nga lang ang quality..

sir balaraw, punta ka sa yahoo, type mo "razor lame" mp3 encoder yan.. ganun din, pero pag lumiit ang size nung file, papangit ung quality..try mo thanks

PM mo sa akin ang email address mo at isesend ko sayo ang gamit ko na pang mp3 compression.... yung 5mb ay pwedeng maging 1mb or mababa pa... kumporme sa settings na gusto mo...

it's no longer a question of compression, as an mp3 file is already compressed by itself. it's already a question of how much audio detail you're willing to give up as you cut down the file size.

meron akong audio grabber.. kunwri glng sa cd yun knta pwede ko liitan yun 128kbps- 32kbps.. kso pag 32kbps na pangit na yun quality ng tunog kya hnggng 56-64kbps lng ginagwa ko pra mgkasya sa mp4 ko..

jun, dont compress the mp3 file into a lower bit-rate file. papangit yung tunog. what you can do is get the original .wav file and then encode the file to mp3 using the encoder of your choice (dami nilang binigay). you may select a lower bit rate this time. 128 kbps should be acceptable. kung maganda yung pagkakarecord nung source sometimes maayos pa sa 96kbps, pero dinig na yung artifacts like phasing in the higher frequencies. madalas madidinig mo tong unwanted effect na 'to sa cymbals and hihats and i personally detest it

i find that the best size-quality ratio is usually at 192 kbps.

on the side, im worried that we are all becoming accustomed to mp3's which are usually more lo-fi than analog and digital sources of the past. baka lang mag-devolve yung mga susunod na generations na wala nang pandinig sa higher frequencies, an adaptation of sorts

mp3's are the replacement for the cassettes we used to use when studying songs. what used to be called a "study tape" is now called a "study cd" and for musicians the mp3 file is now the medium of choice since it is "portable" in every sense. copyright issues be notwithstanding...

just add something, if you want to rip/compress, use exact audio copy, using the latest ver of lame at vbr bitrate.

...another thing, better compress it to vbr or cbr at 256kbps, 300gb hard drive is cheaper nowadays.

gawin mo audio cd yung mp 3 tapos gawin mo uling mp3 using audio grabber. meron mga libreng software nito. medyo liliit siya kesa original.

pwede kasi magdepende yan kung san gagamitin...
kung sa speaker ng mobile station mo gagamitin, di mo kelangan ng mataas na bitrate nung sounds kasi di naman ganun kaganda ang speaker,,
kung mp3 player o ipod, tama na yung 128kbps pataas,,ok?

gamit ko acoustica converter, try mo search sa search engine.. free lang yun..
meron siya mp3 to mp3 decoder.. 128kbps - 16kbps etc..
