Do you have an electric guitar? What is your amp setup? Do you gig a lot? Also, it depends on the type of music you play.
Buying a multi-effects like that is good if you gig a lot because you don't have to tag along wires, plugs and a dozen stompboxes.
If you have another electric-acoustic, I would go for the trade. But if the Ovation is your only one, I would wait.
