dreams...
« on: July 01, 2008, 02:12:27 AM »
sobrang saya or sobrang lungkot...

Ganyan din ako bro.. Sakto tayo. Pero normal lang naman ata yun..  :-)

Sana he he..

Weird.

hehehe...
tapos pag nanaginip ako natatandaan ko as in lahat ng detalye...
kaya siguro bihira lang ako managinip...
pero pag nanaginip sobra sobra... bonggang bongga... hehehe...

try ko nga yung sa bible...
pero baka mapanaginipan ko yung sa revelation...
wag naman sana...
yung sa genesis na lang...
para kita ko sila eba...

I actually believe that God talks to us through dreams.

Experience ko 'to kasi a few months ago.. sobrang naghahabol na ko sa requirements ko for graduation in high school. Marami-rami pa yung kailangan kong tapusin, and time wasn't on my side.
Dumating yung time na na-down talaga ako dahil sa stress. Back then, I thought hindi talaga ako makaka-graduate. One day, pumunta ako sa Sta. Cruz church.. and when I went to sleep that night, I had a dream.. (sa wakas eto na. hehehe)

In my dream, I was in bed. Pero yung bed ko, nasa labas ng bahay.. so I had a great view of the night sky. Suddenly, may parang red-colored light.. almost like a UFO na dumadaan sa paligid ko. Para bang may hinahanap. Then nung dumating sakin, tumigil siya. I keep it near my pillow, so kinuha ko. Pagbasa ko, it read, "Don't lose hope." Yung sender, "The Hope".

But you know what, that dream kept me going for the remaining weeks before graduation. Hindi nagbago ang situation.. marami pa ring gagawin, but the dream gave me something to hold on to at the end of each day.

And eto na ko, college na.

(kinikilabutan ako when I typed this.)

I'm really not an expert on this..  But what i can really recall about mu professor's lecture is that..  Sleep have different stages that cycles or repeat through out until you woke up.. The vividness of our dream depends on what stage or period of sleep we stop when we woke up..  When we woke up at the 1st stage (pre-sleep period), we can't hardly remember our dream..  I experienced several times with this & remember saying "Ang ganda ng panaginip ko pero hindi ko na maalala yung itsura ng kausap ko sa panaginip"..  And when we woke up at the last stage (REM period), everything was clear & detailed..

Same thing with how deep our sleep was & how quick or hard for us to be waken up..  Again the 1st stage (pre-sleep period) of our sleep is the shallowest & the stage where-in we can be easily waken up..  And so the last stage of our sleep (REM period) is the deepest stage of our sleep & the hardest stage for us to be waken up..  [read more]
