Be able to design responsive design and with cross-browser / cross device compatibility
Front end development - turning a PSD design into a Wordpress theme or a static website
Flash animation and actionscript for rich media banner production
Experience with EDM builds using Mailchimp or other email providers
PHP Developer/ BackEnd Dev 50k-70k
3+ years experience with the standard web development toolbox, including PHP, MySQL and
WordPress
Experience in working on small to large web development projects.
Experience with Source Control systems.

You will need:
- An excellent understanding of online trends and up to date with news and influencers that affect search performance and page rank
- To be able to demonstrate success with previous clients
- Clear understanding of organic SEO, local SEO (Google Places etc), AdWords and related sites and tools
- 3+ years minimum experience in a similar role
- Google AdWords Certification
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organisational capabilities
