i only have a hd500. while it the DSP limit appears only when you use dual amp with bunch of effects or use multiple high-dsp effects gaya ng delays, reverbs etc, enough naman sya. mas ok pa rin ang 500x if you really need a lot of juice.
usually in church settings, based on my experience, the simpler ,the better.
usually 2 presets lang gamit ko dyan. 1 clean tone and 1 dirty tone. the clean tone consist of either dr z or ac30 amp or both with a slight boost infront of the amp, then may 2 delays layered together after the amp. then reverb(either octo, hall, particle). I usually play swells sa mga in between songs sa worship.
I seldom use dirty tones. when the song only demands it.

I see bro.. Usually kasi bro, kaya ako nag switch to 500x kasi nabibitin ako sa 400. actually may separate pedals ako which is Nova delay and OCD overdrive.
I want a effects pedal na versatile and could put a lot of effects in 1 bank. (just like a normal stompbox pedal)
I really like how line 6 goes with the 500x. the real tone comes from exploring and tweaking. yun talaga yung natutunan ko sa POD HD400 and I hope na ganun din sa 500x. in my setup kasi sir Milos, i should have a 1st, 2nd 3rd stage overdrive, 2 reverbs, 1 delay, 1 compressor and chorus. dun na kasi ako nasanay eh..
I had an experience pala na makita to talk and greet personally ang Planetshakers in our church last 2012. they use POD X3 Live. simula nun, it blews my mind how they sound checked their gears lalo na sa effects.
overall (correct me if I Wrong), I observed that lahat ng guitarist na natutugtog sa church needs more demand. Ibig sabihin, when it comes to effects, we really need a versatile pedal because sa line-ups natin, hindi sya ordinary, iba iba kasi tayo ng Genre (some of the churches i know).
