ok ang soya milk sakin. nung time na parang inuulcer ako, ito yung iniinom ko imbes na kape.

ok na ok tong inumin lalo na sa mga nagwo-work out. kasi protein sya. adik ako dito sobra. araw araw akong umiinom nito. ok na alternative sa gatas lalo na kapag lactose intolerant ka. 8-)

Mas maganda before workout. Kasi glutamine prevents "cortisol" ( pag-liit ng muscles pag na over fatigue and when you're dieting).
*In short glutamine helps in burning fat and building muscles. It should also be taken before cardio.
