bro, nasubukan mo na bang mag alarm ng naka headset gamit ang celfon, baka dun magising ka na :lol:

same probs tau... hehhe usually 4am-5am ako tulog minsan 6am then 8am class ko gising ako 7am hehhe... sked ko 7am-7pm... aus...


damihan mo work load mo sa umaga para ma stress out katawan mo... then probaby around 8-9m medyo antukin kn...


try mo mag milk... no caffeine kasi stimulants un.. sa gabi wag kn din magyosi..

Mga peeps, consider nyo rin na isang malaking epkto ng sleeping disorder is chemical imbalancement ng katawan natin. Malaking factor ang mga kinakaen. Explain sakin toh nun psychiatrist ko (di ako baliw, naging alcoholic at suicidal lang hehehe) nun nagkaproblema ako, na pati tulog ko naapektohan. Right diet and balanced nutrients lang malaking tulong na! Nicotine din may effect. Tama si xid02.. And daily activities that require certain amount of energy will really help. Mataas na body calories will really give you hard time sleeping :) :mrgreen:
