this happened to us years ago during the days of the jbl sr4733 dual15 cabs.  it's basically a touring cab which consisted of one jbl 2447 1.5" hf driver and two jbl 2226 15" 600w woofers.  it's practically the most powerful 'front loaded' design in its class.  but when the mb electrotechs came into action,  nasapawan kami    the electrotechs are 'horn load' mid-high cabs which is loaded with one 2" hf driver and one 12" midrange 350w only!  kaya don't be surprised if the mb378, with far more powerful drivers and a dual12 design, can easily overwhelm any competition   i'll share to you a short article about front load vs. horn loaded design cabs below.

pwedeng pwede bro.    i find p-audio drivers 'very efficient' as compared with its china counterparts.  for example, the c12 300mb at 300 watts rms rated will produce better midrange response than a neusch or t&t 12inch rated at 500 watts  .  so the crown lps2500 amp rated at 550w at 8 ohms can easily drive the c12 300. however, if you try to use the lps2500 on the neusch and t&t 12inchers,  you won't be gettin the same clarity and brilliance.

maximum output for the electrotechs?  i would say that there are better amps than the crown lps series like the qsc rmx series and those will surely bring more output on your speakers.  when i chanced to use the electrotechs,  my friends installed the bigger compression driver - pa d72 and the 500 watter c12 500mb.  with these combination for your electros,  i would say hindi ka kakabahan

my friend forwarded me the matching subs for the mb378 tops.  it's an eaw dual18 hybrid subs.  they visited the store in pampanga last week.  



they said that this dual18 eaw hybrids can match the awesome power of the 378 tops.  you can actually have a ratio of 1:1.  the imf hp18 were installed on the eaw hybrids.  they are really good sounding and loud sabi nila

wow parang na imagine ko na ang 378 na nakapatong sa 379, sa depth pa lang na 36'' i can imagine also the force of air coming out sa vent nya pag nag bass ng malakas
