ano yung parang rubber surface mostly makikita sa mga amps?  yung parang skin nya mismo? gets nyo ba?

I think he's describing the textured, rubberized tolex like the one used on some Peavey amps. Kind of like the texture of pickup truck bed liner. Tulad nito:
