He tells me he does. But don't take my word for it.

-

siya ba yung nakadebate ni oasgomez? kung siya, si BAMF nga.
-
i think bunyok is the guy im looking for :)
-
Try out BUNYOK. Mukhang mayroon siyang tamang parts. Seems to import stuff regularly for his mods.
Lito Bote of Balintawak is my friend. You can also call him.
BAMF does modifications and he claims it is cheap and he can do anything. Try him out too pero wala lang akong tiwala sa mga piyesa niya kasi he does not believe that the type of part matters in the audio signal chain. But then again thats why he can charge cheap.

Yes, Bunyok does Class-A mods with silver mica caps and metallic film resistors. Very good.
I use production-grade stuff, and don't make any qualms about it. That's what the production grade pedals are made out of anyway. Good enough for many. I can't do "anything" (putting words in my mouth again huh)...I've turned down requests to modify digital effects :D

oh boy is this gonna be a monster thread again or what

I don't want it to...not with me anyway. Got bigger fish to fry :D. Already bought the chassis, tube sockets, 12AX7's and output tranny for my BAMF AMF 50-W "Martial" Amp lol. I'll be busy in the next 2 weeks.
Potek...ang mura lang pala ng Tesla tubes sa CEDist. 50+ dollars lang for an entire set of matched-quad EL34's and 3 12AX7's.

uy post ka ng pics sa ongoing project mo 8)

Yup. I'll be using the same PCB as the JCM800 emulator, kasi parehong-pareho circuit nila ng orig na JCM800. I'll just substitute tubes for the FET's syempre.
Buraot mag-butas. Mukhang mapupuyat ako sa pagkikikil

Estimate time to finish your home made amp?
My hats off to you. I wish I have your skills. Keep us posted!

Uyyy...bat nagkaroon ng cheering squad dito ? :D :D :D
