Title: Posting Items for Sale. How to simply add pictures??

After spending time going through various FAQ and posts I still can't find the answer to posting picture of items for sale. The answer may well be somewhere there but the other problem is being a New Zealander I only understand English. Not interested in Avatars just pictures for ads and or adding to a reply to people looking for items. The simplest steps needed to do this would help. Thanks.
