yup, its still very useful for me. :) I just cascade it with other dirts (like the Vox Duel Overdrive or the Doodad Check-a-board red overdrive) for lead tones and what not and it gives me such a great variety of tones and textures.

Your Route 66 will take up 1.5 pedal footprint, so you can only fit your 1st 3 pedals, Joric... unless all your pedals' input & output jacks are in front, para dikit-dikit sila.

Thanks, jaime. I went ahead and pulled the trigger as I my uncle is going to Manila on Nov 1. I will have to make do with what pedals will fit cuz I don't want to bring anything larger. Maybe 6 mos. later I'll realize carrying around extra pedals is exactly what I was trying to avoid in the first place... Then I'll realize I need to just build a bigger but separate board with the more complete setup.   Haaay.

@cy: hi cy, ah..wala akong pag cocompare eh..replacement ko to sa ts9dx..no significant midhump..the fulldrive at compcut setting is more transparent though..pero mas matapang ang drive ng creamtone..it's warm..errr creamy hehehe..i'm good with it as a stand alone od pedal for church use. medyo mataas lang yung unit..which kinda works to my advantage on this setup coz it's easier to step on it without touching the unit below :) ganda ng pairing nila ng fulldrive hehe :D

@renz: the creamtone and fulldrive are in one loop (channel a). dirty bomb in channel b :)..so a/b is drive/dist :)

cool!!!

Could you care to share what type of sounds you use each for since you have 3 ODs? Like is the CT for light gain stuff etc? :)

sure :) in this setup i usually use the fulldrive for low gain..as in lumalabas lang yung drive pag medyo heavy strum..for mid gain, combo ng fulldrive and creamtone, then for heavier gain, creamtone and boost channel of fulldrive :) this sound is on distortion grounds na..i just acquired the dirty bomb for heavier gain (dirtier than the cascaded ODs' range.) :) the settings you see in the pic is more or less the actual settings for the drive and dist pedals :D

Ahh. Same here. But there are certain techniques you can use as to not stick velcro underneath your pedals but still use velcro. lol.
You can remove the pack plate of your pedal and wrap a velcro in it then screw back the back plate sa pedal mo. That way, hindi nakadikit yung velcro, rather, naka-ipit lang parang belt dun sa backplate ng pedal.  :-)
