Hotdog, Juan Dela Cruz Band (not to mention their frontman Pepe Smith), The Dawn to some extent, and I suppose credit goes to the Eraserheads, too, for, at the very least, causing more interest in the pinoy rock scene during the 90s. course if you have to mention the eheads then we might as well talk of other bands like the youth, P.O.T., wolfgang, sugar hiccup, rizal underground, philippine violators, "old" rivermaya, parokya ni edgar, et al. i just single out the 'heads because, let's face it, they had the most impact. not that the other bands didn't create huge waves of their own, mind...
