repair din ba kayo ng JBL 15" e punit yung edge at cone....voice coil ayos pa.... 140-8 model....may orig bakayong makita cone at edge? how much kaya? 1 pair po ito....

try mo po humanap sa authorized distributor ng jbl for the cone kit (cone, edge, spider, voice coil and adhesive) para sa JBL 140-8. We can assemble it for you. or if you want we'll search for a replacement cone and edge, similar to the original, we'll retain the original voice coil. Price depends but assure you, it will be very reasonable and sulit.

sir ano ba magandang cone or speaker sa bass meron kasi akong speaker 12 inches carvin brand pag low frequency na vibrate at parang sumasayad na then sinubukan ko sa 15 inches naman ganun din sasayad din sya, yung amp ko ok naman, some bass cabinets uses 10" lang pero buo solid bass..help naman po
kung pwede convert po ba?

bro happy new year.

meron ako 1 pair na 8" speaker na carlsbro, tsaka yung speaker nung vox amp ko 8" din. pwede ko ba ipadala thru jrs express. tapos yung payment ko online na lang sa bangko. tuguegarao city pa kasi ako.

Check the gears that is connected to the speakers there must a problem kaya hindi nagtatagal gamit ng speakers. Also check the specs specifically the rating/power handling of your speaker vis-a-vis with the amp your using. You might also want to check the way you're using the speakers. Speakers are designed differently for a specific use. Are your speaker designed for your intended use? Lastly, are the speakers you brought to us for repair have been repaired by others? If it has been repaired by some techs other than us ? i'm afraid that the original specs of the voice coil has been changed thus the repeated breaking down of the speaker. We just followed the specs we saw in the voice coil of your speaker.

hi mojo ira

ok naman ang connection with the amp papuntang speaker....about the rating ok naman sila kase parepareho ang mga amps namin na gamet its a marshall valvestate 100watts ..me anim na piraso kame na marshall amps...sa usage naman ng amp w/ the speaker medyo rakrakan talaga dto sa amin ...hinde ma avoid na mapigilan ang mga banda.....yung speaker nang marshall amps parepareho and it is designed talaga para sa mga banda kaya medyo siguro eto na yung unang bumigay.....yung dinala namin speaker sa inyo....yung pigtail natanggal yung lang ikinabit,,,pero hinde ginalaw ang voice coil or others....this is the first time na bumigay yung speaker...

update: celestion speaker for marshall guitar amps are hard to find......
nakakuha kame ng replacement okey naman sya until now..
pero iba pa rin yung orig na speaker na pede sana maibalik sa dati.....

hi benedict. is it possible to rewind the speakers so that the high frequencies will be more pronounced? I have a fender bxr 100 bass amp combo with a 15" speaker and while the low frequencies are great, i am left wanting in the higher frequency (it gets drowned in the mix). what do you suggest? and btw do you also repair amps?

If it's the original design of the tweeter in your Fender BXR 100 then i thinks there's a little or none that we can do about it's high. Unless it's damaged, we can rewind the voice coil to give it it's natural high. We also repair amp except car amp.
