Confirmed tayo for the 25th. Eto ang terms from the venue :

P100/pax consumable (stubs will be distributed)
Cash bar.
Start at 5 pm, stop at 9 pm. Consumable period stops at 9 pm. IMHO pwede pang lambingin to till 10, but let's not count on extra graces until we have to

Okay na to, very generous nga to if you ask me.

Now the next order of business, let's organize a "programme" para maximize ang time natin. I suggest let's make the call time 4 or 4:30 pm kumbaga assembly and registration

para yung mga magyoyosi, magyosi na, pagpitada ng 5 pm, talon na. Yung mga me gustong ipakita, magsabi na kayo ke prog. Basta ako, gimme 10 mins to demo my attack of the clone pedals saka pedal mods

. Yung mga me ibebenta, dalhin nyo na, we can display that in one table tapos kung merong me gusto, pwede na nilang bilhin. Ano pa ba.

Yung mga magja-jam, mag-usap na kayo kung anong kanta ang si-siprahin. Para hindi naman tayo kalat-kalat ang tunog. Pwede din kayo magdagdag ng "open jam improvisation" period kung gusto nyo, just to see how things fit.

Okay finally...yung mga me buo nang banda na darating, let's give them 5 songs apiece or so.

Good ? Good ! Suggestments ko lang yan. Ano pa ba gusto nyong gawin ? Parang mini-convention ano ?

*well be having an open jam,
*performances by bands, bands that want to perform contact me so i can arrange the time and songs for each band, songs maybe at least 6min, min of 2 per band max 3, pero tentative parin.
*an insert maybe for those who want to show off their gadgets(kung merong gusto)

OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS FOR THE PROGRAM.. suggest more activities, lets make the time worthwhile,

Tantya ko, Haze will comfortably seat 50 people hanggang sa labas. However, they do have emergency plastic tables and chairs available in case umapaw.

E di lagay mo yung set bands portion sa bandang dulo hehehe.

Suggestion ko pa din merong kahit konting guidelines kung saan iikot ang open jam. O kaya pwede din "O, G-EM-C-D tayo!" or "O, 12 bar blues A-D-E!" pwede din yun. Kaya lang baka magsawa tayo agad so maganda maraming variations.

i suggest, para tumaba ang puso ng mga owners and staff ng haze, sipra tayo ng HENDRIX. Purple Haze saka Voodoo Child

*well be having a booth for effect modifications and selling booths, bring whatever you can bring. anything, as long as it wont bother your stay,
*bands wanting to perform, pm me, ill save you a time in the list, so pm as SOON as possible.
*yung may mga digicam or videocam, try to bring them, if the meet is successful, well have more in the future(i hope so)
