pasali po,
I built this yesterday, finished painting today... a 5 piece drum practice pad, the snare will be my real snare with a silencer... its a 6 piece :D made of 1 1/4 pvc, 5/8 ply wood, rubber matting, the one they use as flooring on some jeepneys. if anyone knows where I can find good gum rubber sheets, I'd appreciate it. the "tom" pads can be removed I dunno for what reason but they can be, :D
pics: testing how it would look, the pads are 10" diameter btw. (http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k280/g0d5_g1ft/08202010007.jpg)
bass pad added, and tom "mounts" added to pads (http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k280/g0d5_g1ft/08202010008.jpg)
finished painting, taken just 15 minutes ago: (http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k280/g0d5_g1ft/08212010009.jpg)
at first I thought pvc wouldn't hold but, to my surprise its holding well, saved me more than 1.5k than using steel pipes :D
over all cost, roughly 1.5k
