I'd say theres a place/bar in dumaguete but it cost you a ferry to go there. :3

Hayahay is the name of the bar sir. Though i can't guarantee you that every night would be blues. The last time i wen't there was a blues band playing and then the next day was sort of like jazz(bsta anything along jazz. ) ).

The blues place to be in Cebu used to be The Outpost, which has recently closed shop.
