share ko lang yung lazy mans routine ko...
Im no hardcore fitness buff so, I just find these routine perfectly fine well at least for me..you guys can add some other stuff and excercises if you want..
Morning:
1.Drink A glass of water
2.15-20 Push ups (dagdagan lang ng dagdagan ano kayanin)
3.20 Crunches
4.20 Sit ups
5.Planking (Depende sa kaya nyong time..dagdagan lang ng dagdagan as you go..)
6. Pag holiday or weekend at di tinatamad--- JOG around the block..30-45 minutes mixed walking, jogging, sprints, skiphop..
Evening:
1. Jog (may leather shoes ako sa office pangpalet sa running shoes ko) a few bus stations away...tancha ko..around a kilometer lang naman..sprints,jog,walking pag hingal na..
2. Paguwi nagstairs ako paakyat sa apartment...6 floors up lang naman (better kung higher floors)...tapos ginagawa ko uli yung 2,3,4,5...bago magdinner na light, no rice, some oatmeal, kamote..konting ulam and gulay..
thats it! basta araw araw lang gawin...or every 2 days then rest...tapos sabak uli sa routine...
tignan natin kung di malusaw mga fats nyo..
key is...integrate sa daily routine ninyo..and challenge yourself lagi..wag na mag escalator..mag hagdan nalang...wag tumawid sa pedestrian lane sa Overpass kayo tumawid...etc...these little things...contribute a lot to fat burning..
