sulit ba ung ht1? well compared sa laney SS amp ko mas maganda talaga nung natry ko. parang trip ko hindi na kasi need ng dirt pedals. bedroom player lang naman kasi ako. hehe

baka kasi mas okay pa ung mga roland cube pag sa bahay lang eh. tas dami pang nababasang issues sa ht searies na yan.

Baka mas ok pa roland cube sa ht1 in terms of sounds for bedroom.

But get a blackstar id15 or the id core na lang

Different strokes for different folks. I tried to like the roland cube40XL I had before. Cool amp with lots of bells and whistles. But I like the HT-5 better. It feels the same the way I like a peavey bandit way over a line6 spider. Guess I don't need tweakability, or just prefer a rock solid tone, with just a few shaping options.

But don't take my word for it, sometimes I like plugging into a laney cub10 better than the blackstar, for the same reasons. Getting a good core tone so I could focus on playing and technique.

Di ba bitin ang gain? I tried it with LTD EC1000 with emg's pero parang hindi ako sold. Mas ok parin ata ang Orange terrors.

Sir imho di naman bitin sa gain. Actually it has plenty of gain lalo na if ma utilize ung use ng isf knob. Boost mo na lang using an od then panalo na un hehe

I will try it again with my guitar and od pedal. compared sa orange kahit walang od pedal madami syang extra gain.

Hi guyz, need an advice regarding my HT-5R, I bought it this June lang via 50% promo at Lyric Shopwise Cubao branch, all of a sudden nawala ang sound, both channel and even mp3 input, I've checked everything amp talaga problem, there is also a same issue na nasa Youtube, tingin nyo Lyric would cover its warranty? I haven't call them yet but I'm planning to go there on Saturday, does anyone encountered this? I've read in Blackstar forums it got something to do with the PCB, manufacturing batch, bad trip natapat pa sakin, ang bigat pa naman ng HT-5R combo, I don't wanna open it baka ma void warranty, does anyone had an experience with this same issue? Thanks

Hindi ko pa naitanong, sa Saturday kopa malalaman, I'm sure meron naman, I'll post agad if ma-cover ng warranty problem ko hehe, I wonder lang if may iba pa naka experience ng ganito, mukha ako lang ang first dito sa Pinas, malas talaga hehe, naka bugdet pa naman ako for HT-112 Cab at HT-Metal pedal

Got to try the ID CORE 20 sa Lyric Megamall last night. Best and least expensive practice amp that will give you awesome tone! Ang ganda talaga. Stereo effect is crazy!

alam ko 6 months ang warranty nila not 1 year. kung june mo nabili pasok pa yan basta may receipt lang siguro.

Yung fuse kasi ng mga bagong amps made in china, resettable.  In some places instead of the usual glass fuse, they put the yellow flat capacitor looking ones.  Lots of china made amps have this issue, and it can be traced back to that tiny part (also made in china).  Bad batches maybe, but they also don't seem to use different ones per country.  Maybe has something to do with our wall outlet supply as well.

Hello ! Got a cab 1x12 yesterday

Anyone here has any experience with a Marshall 100W head going into a Blackstar 2x12 cab?

How is the sound? I'm gonna have a 100-watter soon, and I don't to spend a fortune on a matching Marshall cab. I also don't have space for a 4x12 hehe. I heard Lyric's still on sale.

Got myself an ID core 20, dont let the size fool you, it packs a much bigger sound than it looks. Stereo sound is crazy, the reverb sounds great
