question regarding producing an Ep album

Hi everyone. I am planning to produce an EP album of different bands. I am  newbie into this venture so i want to ask for your advices and knowledge regarding this matter.

a.  What are the requirements legally? meaning kung me kailangang bayaran? mga documents na kailangan? etc kung anong Offices ang kailangan puntahan para i process ang mga requirements etc kung meron?

b. What are the the important things to consider when you enter into producing EP album?
