ah sir actually breeder ako ng husky, its not really a high maintenance dog, if you want to have a show type dog thats the only time you have to spend some more, but for its maintenance 2-5 cups of dog food a day for this dog is enough for the whole day and breaking it down it will take you roughly 1 3/4 cups per meal if 3x fed but they will have 2 cups x 2 a day is also enough for them to have a good body structure. aircon? not really if you want to have a fluffy coat thats the only time to have an aircon for me,an electricfan and Ice for there water dish is good enough, actually fan is not needed if the air is not that humid as long as clean water is there and to add aan info, huskies have double coats, one is protection from heat and cold (serves as insulators) and the other one for parasites. Maxi coat(supplement) is helpful to have beautiful coat, the real maintenance here is time, you have to have enough time for exercise, this kind of dog needs a lot of exercise for them to grow healthy,easy to train, and prevent bone deficiencies.  Dont believe in rumors, better have a research.

well it's not actually rumors but that's what a friend of mine (who's also a breeder) told me. I think the reason kung bakit palage nasa aircon ang husky nila is hindi kaya ng humidity dito sa amin. mainit kasi dito sa amin eh and maybe it's bad for them.

meron nakain na maliit na buto yata. tapos ayun nagsuka sya ng nagsuka, may dugo yung pupu. then ayaw na nya kumain.

hmm pinavet nyo ba to?kasi kung nagsusuka,may dugo pupu hmm its possible for canine parvovirus lalo na pag amoy bagoong ang pupu, walang gana kumaen, sumusuka,walang gana uminom.

actually ang mga dogs hindi basta basta nabubulunan o natitinik sa mga buto.

not yet, too big for a small room, liit lang ng place ko eh. hmm pero i have plans of trying it kung papayag yung tito ko gawing bakuran ng aso yung lot nya sa antipolo. I can refer you if you want mutes.

that would be nice but sadly we don't have space na eh. we already have 3 dogs and adding a big dog like a malamute in such a tight space would be difficult.

like what i've said their coats has two layers, one as insulators, two as parasite protection. A husky can withstand a hot and cold temperature, but exercising a husky in a humid place is a no no, they might have stroke.

Thanks sa info sir, naalala ko nga pala tropa ko meron husky nasa cage lang uminit o lumamig dun lang sya, kaya ibig sabihin ok lang kahit hindi sya nakaaircon , guisto ko ulit tuloy umiscore ng aso hehe.

my cousin bought a [gooey brown stuff] there, with papers and all, and the dog is 2 years old now and is strong, never been sick..

siguro pili nalang ng healthy dog dun.. medyo marami kasing pets run kaya siguro di mashadong naaalagaan lahat..

i guess swertihan lang talaga.  first time kasi namin ni GF pumunta dun last week and we almost went home with a new dog.  buti na lang wala akong dalang cash noon. 

meron ba doon na sort of more preferred pet shops/breeders?  kasi yung iba maganda naman yung stores nila.  yung iba talaga nakakaawa yung mga puppies.

dont buy from cartimar guys. hindi nyo malalaman ang history ng genes ng aso na mabibili nyo (genetic problems) they will not tell you the "truth" about the specific line that you bought. most of the dogs there came from backyard breeders. inthe end you will encounter problems like temperament,skin and internal problems etc. im not against cartimar shop owners pero just like what they sell sa bio research (mall pet stores) lack of infos, legal papers and vet cards are not enough to tell wether it came from a reputable breeder or just a backyard breeder. just my honest opinion guys. lets make this topic healthy.. i love dogs, share some pics naman.

anak nya na nasalisihan ng askal. She is a miracle baby dahil sya lang ang nabuhay sa kanilang magkakapatid, we decided to keep her.Sobrang lambing and kulit,always bring lots of laughter to the family.



ang aming tagatahol at taga attack(sa magnanakaw)   these 2 sleeps in my room. the miracle baby dog sleeps in my Mom's room, the dalmatian has her own place in the kitchen.

i was able to play with a 6-month old male beagle last Saturday.  mukhang mas napamahal na sa akin kesa sa totoong may-ari.  gusto ko na tuloy ng beagle.
