« on: March 03, 2008, 05:02:16 PM »
Buddy Miles singer songwriter drummer passed away. A rock icon whose songs Them Changes, Dreams and Down By The River were on every rocker's playlist back in the 70's. Clapton added Them Changes to his play list in honor of Buddy. Miles played with everyone it seems. Hendrix, in Band of Gypsys, Santana..the list goes on.

Born in Omaha Nebraska, Buddy came from a part of the US where funk had it's roots.

Buddy was also the voice for the California Raisins commercial that was popular in the '80's in the US.
