yah hindi medical term ang pasma. nakalimutan ko lang yung mas appropriate na term para dun, yun yung rapid change ng temprature, usually kasi pag pagod ka or let say galing sa heavy activities ang pores natin is bumubukas to release the heat and pag malamig naman it closes our pores to keep our body tempature warm.
