Ear cleaning? how often? & E-A-R-S *merged*

how do you clean your ears?

karamihan kasi, naniniwalang ang cotton buds is not a good thing to use to clean your ears kasi it will only push the ear wax farther...

so how do you clean your ears? and how often?  :?

also, can you recommend clinics (yung legit ha!) that offers ear cleaning?

sa Ongpin may mga naglilinis ng tenga...15-30 pesos lang yata ang bayad...

ako cotton buds isang beses sa isang linggo...

tapos yung wooden na earspoon twice a month...

meron daw sa F Salon ear spa...may ilalagay na parang tubular candle chuva sa tenga mo tapos mag sinindihan, mahihigop yung mga dumi ng tenga...di ko sure kung effective nga pero gusto kong subukan...

i read in a health magazine before that it's bad to clean your ears everyday coz earwax protects your ears...


i just clean my ears twice or thrice a week...

kung may alaga kayong aso o pusa try nyo padilaan yung tenga nyo para squeaky clean tlaga ang outsides ng tenga nyo  :wink:

ako every other day nag cocotton buds... pero lagi pag labas ng banyo pinupunasan ko lang ng maruming damit yung labas ng tenga... hehehe tpos pag cotton buds gamit ko yung loob naman pero hindi araw araw

may napanood ako sa TV dati na nagpupush ng mga dry na earwax paloob ng ear canal yung cotton buds.

ako everday after taking a bath, pero dun lang sa outer portion ng ear lang, bandang outer ng butas ng tenga,not sa loob na loob mismo. just to get rid the moist sa may ear canal.
