can be used in a canon power shot digicam to lengthen its exposure from 12 sec to ~60sec,

my friend in ALP is using this to capture the Milky Way galaxy in a clear sky,

i tried this on my ixus 80is
i kind of found it pointless because it didn't really enhance the cam's performance or output.
point and shoots are made to make your life easier no use for this. at least for me. lol.

just like rebel or xxxd is kiss in asia.

well i find it practically usefull is astrophotography especially those who do not own a DSLR.


BTW has any one of you is in to Astrophotography?
