the lrt2 recto station is basically at the outskirts of quiapo proper.

I am planning to purchase a delay pedal, ive narrowed my choices down to 2 pedals, Digitech XDD Digital Delay and Boss DD-5 Digital Delay. Mga Sirs, pahingi naman comparisons, opinions, pros and cons, and other related information about these pedals. Is the Boss worth the greater price? It would also be great if it would come from members who have used/tried/own  the said pedals. Salamat sirs!

i haven't had the chance to have both pedals, but from the features of both, i'd probably get the XDD. the dd-5 is just the dd3 with an additional option for taptempo, and a little longer delay.

pa-customize ka nalang bro. :-D check the FAQ post about PSU makers, i bet they could also make you a DC chain.

Salamat po! Isa pa pong tanong, Between the XDD or DD-6, which would be a better buy? Salamat sa reply sir!

hmm nagkaron na ako ng DD6 before, and i wasn't happy with its delay. parang too robotic na for me. mas okey pa yung DD3 ko dati.

so i guess its the XDD. :-)

Thanks sir! Malaking tulong po yan, kasi dati i already had my mind set on the XDD, tapos i browsed around at nakita ko na maganda rin daw yung features ng DD-6, so im still a bit indecisive. Unfortunately, hindi ko po pwdeng ma test yung pedals because i am now based in the province, (used to study in manila) so pahirapan mag decide on which gear to buy kasi i rely mostly on online resources nowadays, and kung bibili na ng gear, i ask my girlfriend to do it for me. Hay nako. Thanks for the help!

Thanks ulit. Nga pala, hehe since FAQ thread naman to, patanong ulit. My idea po ba kayo sa online transactions ng pedals? Nag post ako ng question sa mismong thread na kinunan ko ng sites but sadly walang nag reply. Paste ko nlang yung question ko dito, baka my good soul na mag reply.  :-D

I am planning to purchase a few products from these sites:

www.musicmachineguitars.com
www.wildwoodguitars.com
www.davesguitar.com

mga sirs, may experience na po ba kayo sa pag transact sa kanila? If so, reliable ba sila, at nasa good quality naman yung dumadating na products nila? By the way, magbabayad pa po ba ako ng tax kung magpapa ship ako galing sa US? Magkano nga po pala yung approximate shipping cost ng isang pedal from the US to Pinas? this, if ever will be my first international online transaction kaya ang dami ko pong tanong. i hope you could help me out. Thanks!

With all the nice pedals that you have, I'd look at something else other than the line6 vetta which is a digital modeling solid state amp. Nothing wrong with digital modeling or solid state, however, your stuff will work and sound much better with a nice tube amp like a 60's or 70's Fender Bassman.

But if you really want to know more about the vetta, check this out: http://line6.com/vettaii/

I have a question on floyds. Would it be better to keep the ball ends of the strings and use those to stop strings from slipping at the tuning post? Does this method have an advantage over the normal way of wrapping the strings at the tuning post? Thanks in advance! :-D
This is how it looks like.

bros, i need your opinions on the following:
Boss DS 2
HM 2
MT 2
OD 2

I'm thinking of buying one and use my g2.1u for modulation.

thanks!

whoa astig yan ah. kung double locking trem ang gamit mo, why not diba? instead of cutting the ball end, i-reverse mo nalang, then cut the excess. hehe try mo nga, tapos bigyan mo kami ng feedback.  :-D

Ah, so ok lang talaga? Walang masisira sa gitara mo? Any advantages bukod sa less tedious na pagputol?
