canisters lang lalagyan.. para mura..  like those yellowcab icecream canisters
i don't guarantee na "gig proof"   :idea:
so lalabas ang pinakamahal na pyesa nalang is yung 2pdt/3pdt switch.
total nito under 1k nalang siguro...

Oo bro madali lang gawin ang fuzz factory...
ang mahirap lang is yung replacement ng germanium transistor
AC128 ang gamit..  pero may mga replacement na pwede...
i have tested 2 replacement ok naman..
FYI..  alam ko meron nagbebenta dito ng clone..
ang ganda ng pagkakagawa...  PCB mounted yung pots..  :cool:

san ba kinukuha ung NOS transistor. di ko magets ung new old stock eh. haha
my mga nababasa ako na mas maganda daw mga fuzz factory nung 90s dahil dun sa NOS transistor eh. nagkakaubusan daw ng ganon kaya nagpalit ng ibang materials si ZVex.

anyway, sino kaya un nagawa na un. dapat ata dun sa DIY thread ako magpost.

*gusto ko sana ako magdesign ng exterior finish. hehehe.

ewan ko kung mga germanium ba yun..ang importante its cheap and its fun and it fuzzes nicely ..works for me made it a mainstay in an instant!

yung germanium transistor yata na sinasabi yung parang 2 parang kaldero na istura..hehe..pero sa mga purists, hindi papasa ang clone clone..hahaha..

brand new yata mga 2500+, ewan ko kung gamagawa pa cloners, 3rd clone ko na to ng mga locals dito, analog delay at marshall jcm800 clones..di ko trip pinamigay ko nalang..yung delay maganda kaso sirain at chipipay yung swicth..

Sana magtagal tong Fuzz factory ko..as paborito ko talaga siya..

okay nadin ung price pero sana ok din ung quality. hehe. hanap hanap din muna ako ng pwede kausapin dito sa PM. hehe

dunlop old school fuzz face vs jimi hendrix classic fuzz (jh-2s)  :idea:

tanggap ko na hindi pedal board friendly si dunlop. pero parang purely battery operated lang siya noh?   :roll:

NOS - New Old Stock = luma na siya, pero bago pa din kasi hindi pa nagagamit..
most likely ganito pwede itsura nya..  parang kaldero minsan..  pero meron din silicon
na parang kaldero din ang casing nya...

First time I tried a Fuzz was when I had my guitar combo installed in my laptop. Ang ingay hindi ko mamix ng maayos. Tapos narinig ko ginamit ni John Mayer sa crossroads. Dun ko lang naappreciate yung tunog na yun kapag inayos talaga. Masarap kapag ang Fuzz level is around 6-7, tapos yung tone level niya mababa na nasa 2-3.
