no workout. diet lang. I plan to ad workouts na rin soon para magfirm up.

Mas gwapo ka dati sir.  Minsan nakakabawas ng pogi / ganda points pag pumayat e. Kaso , for health na rin kaya naten ginagawa.

Pano pag nagkakayayaan senyo magdinner after office? E til 4 ka lang.  Like ung plan nyo sa march 2, pano pag dinner un? Hehe. Wha kain talaga?

Lunch out, dinner out wala pa problema sakin kc sakop pa ng time ko. Need lang agahan ung dinner talaga. Struggle minsan pag after tugz. Normally matatapos ng 10pm tas mgkakayayaan lumafang after, libre pa. Coffee and kain cla, ako nganga kc dna pwede. Or pag inabot ng midnight sa galaan, un ung masarap ikain e- midnyt snacks. Kaso magpipigil nalang.  12 to 8 ako e.

Good job sa weight loss, Ralph!

I've been on a diet, kamote,itlog,baby potatoes diet to be exact. Baligtad kasi araw ko, sa gabi ako gising dahil sa work. So I start my day at 7pm by a cup of rice tsaka ulam (kung ano man luto ni misis sa bahay). Magbabaon ako ng 1 medium sized nilagang kamote at 2 hard boiled eggs tapos baby potatoes on alternate days. I usually consume those at 12mn-1am. A cup of coffee before I start working then a cup of hot milo a couple of hours before I head home. Pag-uwi sa bahay, 2-3 piece pandesal o Gardenia then a cup of hot milk. Been doing this for more than a month na and so far nawala yung mala beer belly ko. Kaso, hindi na ako nakakapagwork out sa gym kaya nawala yung firmness though may "kaha" pa rin ako.

Health benefits so far are no more aching knees tsaka masarap na matulog sa araw. I used to sleep for just 3 to 4 hours pero ngayon, minimum na ang 6 hours.
