winxp?

check your hardwares if its connected properly. also if you have messed around with your bios... put it back on default.

blue screen on winxp often occur if theres a hardware thats not properly installed.

Parekoy.........

ano yung stop message nya before the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL?
meron yang something like this.

"STOP 0x0000000A"

yung hexadecimal number after the stop will tell you what is failing... usually it's a faulty driver...
pero pag yung message ay saktong "STOP 0x0000000A"... you may be facing a faulty memory chip... kung ganyan usually try mo i-reseat yung memory mo; but before putting it back clean the contacts first with a contact cleaner... pwede ring regular pencil eraser hwag lang yung nasa pencil.... gamit ka ng hiwalay...

check mo rin muna device manager mo in safe mode....

try mo ring mag system restore .... usually pag ka restore mo sa point na ok... gumagana na pag hindi reply back with the Hex number digit after the stop....

troubleshooting steps:

1. turn off PC
2. unplug everything (as in everything)
3. Hold the power button for about 30 secs (to drain the remaining power and static)
4. plug the following ONLY --> keyboard, Mouse Monitor and Power Cable
5. Turn On PC
6. Check for errors

If no errors are found connect peripherals one by one by process of elimination until errors recur.

Else:

1. turn off PC
2. unplug everything (as in everything)
3. Hold the power button for about 30 secs (to drain the remaining power and static)
4. Open Chasis
5. Pull out the Memory (depends how many Memory Cards you have)
6. Clean the Memory Contacts by a Contact cleaner or a stand alone pencil eraser
7. Try to blow the Memory slots with a compressed air from a canister to prevent moisture (never blow with your mouth --- a little moisture will cause damage or additional problems)
8. plug the following ONLY --> keyboard, Mouse Monitor and Power Cable
9. Turn On PC
10. Check for errors

8. If you have 2 Memory Cards assign one memory as Mem A and the Other Mem B and Assign Mem Slot A, Mem Slot B, so fort depending how many slots of memory your Mobo has
9. Try MemA to Slot A.
10. plug the following ONLY --> keyboard, Mouse Monitor and Power Cable
11. Turn On PC
12. Check for errors

If Error Occurs

13. Try MemA to Slot B. (Repeat steps 10 – 12)

If Error Occurs

14. Try MemB to Slot A. (Repeat steps 10 – 12)

If Error Occurs

15. Try MemB to Slot B. (Repeat steps 10 – 12)

Follow the process of elimination….

All else fail try to use your Memory to a Known Good PC and Try to Use a Known Good Memory Card (with the same specs of course) to Your PC…

Again Process of elimination…

Reply back if nothing happens…. Ayt?

Hope this helps…
