I use Nikon & to tell you the truth Nikons have dreamy effects on pictures (parang orton effect) on higher ISO's Nakagamit na din ako ng Canon 5D, Canon 40D, Nikon D40, D40X, D60 and D300. Na compare ko lang. Pero talagang mas malinis  ang high ISO ng Canon kaya lang maganda talaga ang colors ng Nikon. Hindi din naman ako gaano kumukuha ng madilim pero a cleaner ISO is a big plus (and naka 2.8 lens din naman ako.). :-D

D40 and 55 200 VR na lens yung mga shots ko sa multiply...malinis din yung 40D sa high iso pero some people still prefer D300 over 40D because of cleaner images sa high iso's...
