thanks to the guys who attended yesterdays mapex drumfest, its nice to see new faces and meet new drummers and drummers at heart for this event..you guys rock big time..

my thumbs up to my metal brothers greyhoundz (tj, nino and audie)for that wonderful set) Intolerant (pepo, mic, and joey), robert dela cruz and kadangyan for that wonderful percussion and metal drumming jam..and of course..senor mar dizon and jazz volunteers..one word i can decribe their music..ang sarap!!!haha..til next time guys!!i'm going to post pics of the event soon..cheers

JP congratulations for an awesome event. No wonder I see a lot of drummers of various genres who are getting their hands on Mapex drums and Stagg cymbals.

It's my first time to see and hear these products and I'm just amazed. All my gears are Tama, Roland, Pearl, Premier, Zildjian and Sabian. It's good that there are alternatives that still maintain similar sound and build qualities. I like the kit of Mar Dizon. Might consider getting one when I'm no longer in a condo.

I would highly recommend these products. The same I did for the Medeli DD 502 to my officemate.

Keep those drum clinics going. Mapex's product positioning is on the heavy stuff but you may want to invite more jazz drummers.
