medyo magulo yung isang pedalboard ko, kaya eto na lang yung diagram (ganito talaga pag nababato sa tate):

sorry madaming cables hehe.. basta three-route setup yan.

from guitar:
VP Jr >> Smart Gate (di na yung NS-2) >> V848 >>TU-2

clean:
Dyna Comp >> CH-1 or RV-5 (depende sa mood) >> AB switch 1 (A)

dirty rhythm:
HBE Power Screamer >> AB switch 1 (B)

lead:
Tube Driver >> PS-5 >> DD-6 >> AB Switch 2 (A)

yung output ng Memory Man ipapasok ko sa AB Switch 2 (B). from the output of the 2nd AB switch, punta na sa Sonic Stomp. it looks complex pero sobrang dali lang gamitin ng board ko kasi yung dalawang AB switch lang ang controls, always on na karamihan ng pedals. salamat sa www.guitargeek.com Eric Johnson setup at kay markflo for the TU-2 split technique!

sir di ba dapat sa huli ang delay to get the most out of the repeated signals na nagegenerate ng delay? or may mix ka na effective yang DD-3 >> BF2? :)

I tried switching them pero halos wala rin pinagkaiba. Sinundan ko lang yung pattern ng Multi FX k dati. Ganyan yung setup niya IIRC.

keeley-fied siguro dd3 nya at nasa loop yung flange?

pareng pallas, maybe.. either that or subtle delay lang ang setting at di talaga malaki ang effect nun. pag medyo mataas na kasi yung level and feedback setting medyo nasasapawan ng flange sweep yung delay e, tipong yung mahinang echo from the delay naa-amplify nung flanger pag sumakto sa high-frequency sweep and vice versa. oh well, it works for sir renz_sui e :)

question.

i have this in my FX loop:

CH1 >> DD5 >> Danelecto flanger

kung maglalagay ako ng vibrato & tremolo pedal (2 separate pedals) where should i stick em? tamad pako mag-tweak eh.. :)

Tsaka usually d ko naman napagsasabay yung dalawa (Unless I go trippy on effects)

my "geeked" rig:

i only use the POD + FB for the covers band where i need more mod effects or when i'd rather have one patch per song rather than stomping on 2-3 pedals and tweaking knobs between each song.

pare, ang pinaka-preferred placement ng noise suppressor is anywhere before magkaroon ng kahit anong tone-shaping/distortion/modulation kasi ang gusto nating mangyari dyan is hindi mahirapan yung suppressor mag-identify ng hum sa pure guitar signal for maximum efficiency sa suppression. for example, pag nilagay mo yung suppressor right after your distortion pedals, the suppressor would have a harder time distinguishing between the distorted signals and hum. kung nakita mo yung unang board ko (balahurang setup: 13 pedals nakaseries lahat=major tone sucking!) inuna ko yung wah before the noise gate.. ang nangyari tuloy was yung malakas na hum na lumalabas sa '54 SC pickups ko lalong napapalakas pa nung wah pag ginagamit ko tapos hindi mafilter out ng suppressor coz altered na yung tunog ng guitar signal e, parang nag-"blend in" na yung hum kaya di na madistinguish :)

nice setup, man.. nakakatuwa talaga makakita ng hybrid analog/digital/modeler setup, it gives the musician the chance to use the advantages of both technologies. yung drive mo ba yung TS-9 + booster lang? have you tried cascading two Tube Screamers na rin, one as your booster? galing ng tone pare, try mo rin :)

Setup 1) pag tinamad eto set up:
Guitar > modded SD1 > Boss DD3 > Amp - gamit ko rin yung OD at Dist channel ng amp ko kung dala ko.

Setup 2) pag sinipag ako magdala sa gig:

Guitar > Duncan Pickup booster > Bad horsie wah > MXR super com > Tonebone Classic Dist > Bad monkey > EH Small Clone > Boss DD3 > BBE Sonic Stomp > Amp

Setup 3) pag sinipag talaga ako ng husto:

Guitar > Duncan Pickup booster > Bad horsie wah > MXR super com > splitter/switch > 1) Tonebone Classic Dist > Bad monkey
                     > 2) Boss DS1 > Modded SD1
> BBE Sonic Stomp > Amp
EH Small Clone > Boss DD3  > Boss GE7 in the effects loop

Usually setup 2 ang gamit ko...pag impromptu jams gamit ko setup 1, yung setup 3, madalang, only kung kami lang ang bandang mag play on that gig.

cool na cool yung Tonebone...very versatile na distortion. yung BM, pangboost lang or kung kelangan lang ng little touch of OD...

Amp ko is a Traynor YCV80Q..tube amp na pang-masa.

hehe di naman.. just fortunate enough to have enough GAS money at the right place at the right time. at iba-iba ang setup natin kaya ko nga naisipang i-start tong thread na to e, so i also want to appreciate the pedal setups of the other forumites here :)

hmmm that gives me an idea, post kaya tayo ng guitar tone sound clips natin dito? para may audio reference din tayo sa mga different setups (although yes, may effect ang recording.. just for kicks). game kayo?
