PG70C is in good condition, I like to play acoustic guitars with higher actions than the standard one. So if you're interested with my guitar this is an "FYI", my guitar's action is higher than standard - it's playable of course and still smooth to play (adjust niyo na lang truss rod niya). Big sounding guitar hindi siya supot tumunog, look for videos in youtube..
