Title: Need help with my amp

kadarating lang kahapon, ordered from Musiciansfriend.com

Acoustic Lead Guitar Series G35FX 35W 1x12 Guitar Combo Amp

at first yung socket mahigpit so I thought bka dahil bago lang, so I kinda force thru para pumasok yung guitar cable,

as I plug in my guitar, meron hiss, pero pag unplugged wala nman,

any idea kung bakit may hiss? salamat po sa sasagot.

anong gitara ginagamit mo with it? check using another guitar cable.

at first gnamit ko yung Telecaster na affinity squire, then generic cable (direct plug) which is basically wala nman hiss
sa amp ko before with that setup, so naisip ko na baka sa gitara and cable, then I tried my Ibanez EGEN18 with
bullet cable, andoon padin yung hiss, so i'm not sure kung ano ang prob nung amp
