Suggested TRUMPET schools/teachers?
« on: October 05, 2008, 03:16:15 PM »
Hi! do you know any music school that offers beginner trumpet lessons?

Alam ko lang na meron is... Manila Philharmonic Orchestra and CCP(Philippine Philharmonic).

The Manila Philharmonic Orchestra lessons sounds good but im not sure where they are located.

sa CCP naman, under PPO, sounds good too but i havent got hold of the details yet.

i am located at the fort.

Hello.

i realized that CCP is a bit too far.

Requirements:
1. It has to be a music school. not private tutoring.
2. it has to be near my area (the fort or makati)
3. it has to be beginner-friendly. hahaha.
4. it has to be err.. a little presentable naman. (the likes of YAMAHA, etc)

i have already tried yamaha in yupangco but they dont offer trumpet lessons. sayang. it fitted all my requirements pa naman.

price is not a problem. wag lang highway robbery!

thanks!!  :-)

bro try mo sumali sa brass band, sigurado matututo kang mag trumpet, lagi naman sila nagtuturo at nag recruit ng bangong member ...and by the way, dipende sa bukadura mo yan, minsan kasi my mga lips na hindi pang trumpet....it depends..like me..trombone gusto ko, napunta ako sa flute pro ok naman atleast in C..hindi nako nahirapang bumasa ng nota kapag nag gigitara ako.. :-D
