use JamUp as your guitar effects. mejo sakal talaga yung mga sims ni GarageBand.

Uy suki... hehe sige i'll give it a try. Ang ginagawa ko lang kase is emulated clean up then sa line ko is yung home board. I tried bypassing the amp sim and used the mic in but it sounded worse.

my advice wold be to use an amp sim through jamup or bias! tapos pwede ka na maglagay ng peadls before it from your board.

I've been contemplating between Torpedo CAB and Torpedo Live...may mga amp heads kse naka lineup sa must haves for this year (#GASproblems hahahaha) mas napapaisip ako lalo eh

A good cheaper alternative (around 200 USD in US) is the Logidy EPSi . Less features than the Two Notes Torpedo CAB but pretty good. Just stick an SD card (filled w/ IRs) into the front slot and you're good to go.

REAPER pa rin, lahat ng features meron, may 5 second nag screen lang sya. unlimited tracks, routing, etc. pero wala naman masama kung i-install mo pa rin yung Wavelab for the plugins.

ayos matuto sa reaper, it's like the ProTools killer for  a lot of hobbyists. and ang bonus nyan, sobrang liit ng REAPER kaya hindi heavy sa resources so there's more left to actually run your plugins. meron pa ngang portable version yan, ginagamit ko sa office pag  may magpapa-mix ng xmas party music  super powerful din ang routing, meron pa nga syang digital patchbay thing, and this really nice tracks as folders metaphor na wala yata sa ibang DAW.

yung una, nasa network folder sa office  sapat na naman yung old version kung basic recording and editing lang, wala nga lang plugins (additional download) pero goods na

don't forget the decent eq of reaper.. and unli FX ata ang pwede mo i dagdag(I usually just add EQ ,Comp ,impulse and instruments), but judging by the interface, mukang madami ka talaga pwede i add.
user friendly ang reaper  at i really like the UI, simple lang.. if you have a good collection of samples,instruments and other plug-ins, mas okay.. feeling ko kasi masyadong naka depende sa vst si reaper.

ah yes, given the free EQs around the net, I basically still just fall back to the stock parametric EQ. solid stuff. and yeah, given na wala pang 100mb ang reaper, talagang strength nya yung plugin support and routing. the impulse reverb though, bitin para sakin. ok yung free version ng SIR sa Windows pero mac na ako ngayon 

ang external plugin na ginagamit ok lang yung mga VSTi (drums/synths/amp sims), autotune, tsaka BBE sonic maximizer (para pagtakpan ang lack of skills ko hahaha). solid talaga yung paraEQ at compressor!

Salamat Dude! the background was a backing track which i downloaded from the internet ( DMinor 80's progression ) just my first attempt using protools.


i used a macbook pro, and irig 2 for my audio interface plugged into it and tried the amp settings ( default ) i think its a vox amp with reverb. ) SX telecaster guitar is the one i used on that..cheers!

yes sir, may bayad naman talaga ang REAPER, hindi sya free. pero yung app mismo pwede mo i-download at gamitin lahat ng features kahit hindi ka magbayad. meron lang syang 5 second reminder every time magstart ka.

Eto yun latest na ginagawa ko. Guitar tracks pa lang at drums played through Addictive Drums 2.

Hindi ko alam kung makikita yun EQ presets ng Fender/Mesa at ng Marshall. Yun gamit ko as EQ presets on both guitar tracks. Reaper gamit kong DAW.
