been there yesterday... and all i can say is that i really love his service... :) ineexplain niya talaga kung ano ung problems with your guitar and kung paano maalis un... I'll be dropping by their shop next week to get my epiphone sg intonated for drop D tuning... :) excited na ako...

Do you guys have an updated contact # for him? Balak ko pagawan ng major make-over gitara ko eh para di na ko bibili ng bago hehe. Also do you have directions going to his place kung manggagaling ng Makati? Bagong salta lang po kasi ako dito hihihi.

san specifically sa makati?

Kung may access ka sa mga jeep to BUKID TAFT OR PACO TAFT HERRAN madali na yan.

Sa kalayaan ave lang ako and yup yun ang mga jeep na dumaadaan dito sa min, Tawid lang ako ng JP Rizal then pwede na ko sumakay kaso di ko alam kung saan ako bababa.

Sakay ka sir ng jeep na Paco Taft Herran tapos baba ka sa Gas Station (lampas A.Francisco) before magleft yun jeep. Tapos may sakayan dun na Sta. Ana Tulay yun ang sakyan mo tapos pababa ka sa Sta Ana Church. Sa tapat ng church may mga pedicab driver sabihin mo na lang kay Mang Jun. Kilala na siya dun. Sobrang lapit na nya sa Sta Ana church.

I went there yesterday and had a wonderful experience w/ the guy, mabait and masarap kausap at ang dami ko pang natutunan but what I admire the most is his honesty.... hindi siya yung oo lang ng oo sa mga gusto mo ipagawa pero ang sasabihin eh yung mga talagang dapat gawin at ayusin sa gitara mo. Ang dami pa naming pinag-usapan from Freddie Aguilar to Baguio's music scene back in the 80's and nag-usap kami Ilocano pa haha!

Bukas balik ulit ako para bigay yung mga replacement pick-ups. Excited na ko sa kalalabasan ng gitara ko.

BTW:

Sobrang lapit lang pala ng lugar nila dito sa min 1 sakay lang ng tricycle andun ka na and pwede pang lakarin kung tutuusin eh nagkanda-duling duling pa ko pagtingin ng mapa sa Internet lolz.

Mabait talaga si sir Castro, Ayus na ayus parin squire stagemaster ko pagkatapos isetup niya, after 4 months na walang parin pinagbago sa action kahit na 11-50 gauge string ko  :lol: partida standard tuning pa!  :lol:
